"Move the Dial Global Summit is a globally recognized summit which brings together thought leaders, partners and amazing humans of all identities to connect, learn and grow." Somewherelse was brought in to produce the 2019 summit in Toronto at Roy Thompson Hall.
The goal was to create a one of a kind, immersive experience that connects and inspires people. The theme of the year was "ALL IN" which was to exist in the creative direction for all components, bringing a clean modern and elegant design aesthetic.
Stage Design
Inspired by a dial, the stage design included circular modern shapes, with a layered dimensional feel. To bring in the ALL IN theme, the dial evolved throughout the day. The elements were supported by a metal sub structure, with backing on the foam core panels allowing them so slip right into place quickly.
There were also 2 side stages, where we extended the same design aesthetic over in a more simplified arrangement, acting more as a backdrop for smaller panels which took place throughout the day.
